We are all the best!!!

Its so quickly come to my attention that people are fickle. I have been a PT for a short time and although I have a lot of experience I find it strange that some people are already saying im the best or the worst at this before I have had a chance to get going but the thing is neither are correct.

Every client and every PT is different and its the combination of the 2 that make you the best.

Lets talk about some guys I know well.

If you want to get strong then my guys have always been Matt and Rich Ward they know the techniques and have the knowledge to push you to new limits however its so easy to take this advice and the moment the client is left to try the routine alone the rush, try shortcuts and don't push themselves. This means that the client receives the best advice but because of their own actions they don't achieve their desired results when all it would take is a few extra questions or booking another session.

How about the main man for body transformation Will George he can make anyone look superhuman but this requires a client with a strong mind to dedicate themselves for a set period of time to a strenuous exercise and diet plan. Those strong minded enough can achieve incredible things but if the client isn't willing to dedicate themselves then they will cheat of the diet and not train often or hard enough.

How about the fitness king James Bexon, specifically with his spin classes. This requires dedication in the moment to achieve results and honestly as the hardest cardio i've ever done I can vouch for just how easily you can give up. I've seen clients that push to their limits and complete everything that James throws at them. However some just sit in the back and look like they are going for a leisurely ride no matter how much James tries to encourage them.

So what I am saying is that all of us PTs know our stuff and we are all the best but as the client you need to know what you want to achieve, you need to listen and you need to be accountable to yourself to push yourself to the limits set for you.
